Review my entries
Checks every entry your mentor hasn't approved yet. It rewrites the ones they sent back, suggests better-fitting KSBs, and fixes commentary that probably won't pass. You choose what to keep, then download a corrected copy.
Mentor asked for changes
Rewrite with AI using your mentor's comment, then paste the new commentary over the old one. Already fixed one in your live tracker? Tap ✕ to remove it from this list.

EPA discussion prep
Draft notes for each practice question in your tracker's EPA preparation sheet. They're built only from your own log, and each one shows the rows it used.
These are drafts to rewrite, not answers to submit. Put them into your own words and check your training provider's rules on using AI. In the discussion you'll talk from your own experience, so use these to find and organise it.

Your strongest entries for each KSB, for end-point assessment prep. Approved and praised entries come first.
Entries waiting to go into your tracker
Copy for live tracker puts them all on your clipboard to paste into your tracker online. Download Excel file adds them to the app's copy instead.

- Open your tracker from the email link and go to the Live_Actual Log sheet.
- Click the first empty cell in the Date column (column A), below your last entry.
- Press Ctrl+V. Duration and Allowable time fill in by themselves.

Best quality (Opus) comes with the Plus plan, coming soon.
Best quality uses more of your past entries and picks KSBs more carefully. Faster writes just as well, about twice as quickly, but may pick a different (still reasonable) KSB more often.
